7 June 09 (sun):
9  am    - assemble at Hotel Lemon, tea and breakfast
10 am to 1 pm - classroom sessions with equipment demos
1 pm    - lunch
2 pm  to  5 pm - classroom sessions with equipment demos

14 June 09 (sun):
7.30 am - assemble at Hotel Lemon
7.45 am - photography session in the field
9.30 am - breakfast/tea
10 am  to 1 pm photography session in the field
1 pm     - Lunch
2.30pm  - informal discussions and review of work done
4pm      - Tea and conclusion of workshop
